INTRODUCTION
FROM IDEA TO REALITY — PHYSICAL ACTION
If you’ve ever felt inspired by Neville Goddard, Dolores Cannon, Wayne Dyer, Rhonda Byrne, Joe Dispenza or the plethora of thought-based teachings promising effortless manifestation — only to be left waiting for results that never came — you are not alone.
These approaches present an incomplete picture of the creative process. They espouse that if you correctly channel your mental energy (thoughts), you can harness material results. You, therefore, can attract experiences, wealth, and even health by aligning your thoughts, emotions, and expectations. If you ask and believe, you will receive. According to The Secret, the universe is your personal shopping catalogue. Rhonda Byrne, the author, even states that physical action is not necessary for it to work.
This is the major flaw of these systems — and why they do not work. They stop at visualization or belief — and push the idea that thinking alone can manifest reality. They conveniently ignore the role of Physical Action.
Creation, however, requires ACTION — relentless, focused, consistent unwavering action.
Ideas are only the beginning. Desire is only the beginning. Creation is a process. It demands your full participation. In order to create — to transform pure ideas into actual physical reality — you have to engage in physical action — the kind that hurts. And, that requires knowing how to operate your physical body — the instrument of action — as an energy phenomenon.
THE CREATIVE CALLING
You are here to give the Universal Consciousness* — which is infinite and universal — FINITE and UNIQUE expression. You do it by transforming cosmic energy into physical form via physical action via excellent acts of creation and contribution.
Note: the Universal Consciousness is a fundamental non-local filed of consciousness (awareness) that permeates all of existence. It serves as the substrate through which infinite intelligence — the boundless potential for creativity, order, and creation — expresses and differentiates itself into forms, phenomenon, and sentient experiences. I am not talking about an entity (god), but rather a living field of intelligence that is impersonal, timeless, and inherently aware. For our purposes, I will refer to it as the Genius Consciousness.
Whether you're an artist, an athlete, an entrepreneur, a rebel, or a revolutionary, you’re here because something within you knows that you’re meant to CREATE something new, transformative, and transcendent. Not just to ask, but to answer. Not just to receive, but to deliver. Not just to believe, but to execute. And, something within you knows that you are meant to CONTRIBUTE — to discover your unique powers and put them at the service of humanity. Not just to consume, but to give back.
THE PHYSICAL BODY IS YOUR CREATIVE INSTRUMENT
Your physical body is the real secret. It is, in fact, the key to mastering the art of being human and mastering the creative process.
As a spark of the Genius Consciousness, you are on a quest to become fully creative in your own right. To realize your creative potential in the physical world, as consciousness, you need to be in your physical body, the instrument of action. The more present, clear, and active that you are in the physical body, the more that you are able to access your inherent genius the source of your creative powers — your psychic styles of being, thinking, and creating — to create and contribute.
You create by transforming cosmic energy into physical form. You are not here to mimic or to copy. You’re here to originate. To be unique. This is the real work of creation/creativity: to transform pure ideas into actual physical reality via PHYSICAL ACTION no matter the physical toll, no matter the psychic toll, no matter what.
You contribute to the larger whole by being of service because it makes things better, it makes the world better. It makes you better. The more that you create, the more inclined that you are to contribute. Your ideas are not random. They are directives from the Genius Consciousness for form, for expression, for life: 1) to create by realizing the requests from the Genius Consciousness is your individual purpose; 2) to contribute to humanity, to the world is your collective purpose; and 3) to act as the instrument through which the Genius Consciousness unfolds and evolves is your comic purpose. Your purpose, therefore, is threefold.
But to realize it beautifully, masterfully, and sustainably — while overriding your programming and overcoming the hurt, the burnout, and frustration — you must learn to work the complete system — you have to work it at the energy level and the physical level.
You are here because you’ve tasted (and tested) the language of positive thinking, manifestation, attraction, etc., to no avail.
You are ready to go deeper — to get real. And, to do the fucking WORK.
It starts with your BODY.
BODY presents a soulful and pragmatic accelerator program for operating your physical body as your creative instrument.
BODY, MIND, GENIUS
(THE GENIUS METHOD TRILOGY)
BODY, MIND, GENIUS is a model of human creation based on the code of cosmic creation. The trilogy is designed to empower you to master the art of being human and to master the creative process.
COSMIC CREATION
Cosmic creation is threefold. It began when the three creative powers — Will/Power, Intelligence/Activity, and Wisdom/Affinity — of the Genius Consciousness coalesced. This did not occur in a single moment, but unfolded as a process through the interplay of this cosmic triad — and YOU. It continues to this day and will continue indefinitely.
Will/Power represents the initiating force — the cosmic impulse to create and desire to express. It represents pure, directed volition. Intelligence/Activity represents the organizing and mediating force — through which form takes shape. It provides the blueprint for creation by interpreting Will/Power into pattens, laws, and forms. Wisdom/Affinity represents the final form — the physical manifestation of Will/Power activated by Intelligence/Activity.
HUMAN CREATION
Human creation also is threefold. It follows the cosmic triadic code and has to be worked at the energy level and the physical level simultaneously. At the energy level, Will/Power is Genius, Intelligence/Activity is Mind, and Wisdom/Affinity is Body. At the physical level, Will/Power is Idea, Intelligence/Activity is Plan, and Wisdom/Affinity is Implement.
At the energy level, the process of transforming an idea into physical reality follows three identifiable soulful dynamics:
-
GENIUS: Genius or superconsciousness gives rise to ideas and activates the impulse to create and to contribute.
-
MIND: Mind patterns the idea to shape it and give it form.
-
BODY: Body transforms the idea into physical reality through physical action.
At the physical level, the process of transforming an idea into physical reality follows three identifiable (though often nonlinear) pragmatic stages:
-
IDEA: Idea represents the call to create. This stage requires defining the vision, the purpose, the creative mandate.
-
PLAN: Map represents the plan that the pure idea can follow in order to start to take shape. This stage requires intelligence/activity — research, thinking, analyzing, organizing, patterning, divergent thinking, etc.
-
IMPLEMENT: Implement represents taking physical action to execute the plan. This stage requires commitment, consistency, and courage. To paraphrase, David Goggins, this is where you get off the couch and embrace the grind — and you persevere no to matter what.
THE MECHANICS OF HUMAN CREATION — IN A NUTSHELL
You are called to create via an IDEA. To receive the idea, as consciousness (GENIUS), you need to be in the physical body.
To give the pure idea shape, you need to operate from the sixth chakra (the link to MIND) which serves as the gateway for shaping the raw idea into form. This is where higher awareness and abstract intuition converge. It is from this space, that you start to formulate a PLAN for realizing the idea. The idea begins to take form, moving from formless inspiration into mental structure.
To transform the idea into form, you need to take physical action via your physical BODY. The idea must be grounded through doing, through tangible movement in the material world. Creation only becomes real at the IMPLEMENT stage. You must take PHYSICAL ACTION. This is where most creators falter and quit — sometimes earlier.
THE CORE OBSTACLE: FOREIGN HUMAN ENERGY
For an idea to express clearly, the physical body — especially the lower energy centers— must be free of Foreign Human Energy. Foreign Human Energy refers to the conditioning, programming, and energy residue imposed by others via societal norms, family expectations, educational dogma, religious doctrine, economic systems, and more.
At the implementation stage — sometimes before — consciousness resists. Why? Because the body is the record of all lived experiences and absorbed Foreign Human Energy. The purpose of Foreign Human Energy is to persist. To remain in your system, it will generate discomfort, fear, confusion, and even physical pain. These sensations aim to preserve the status quo, to keep you functioning as a host rather than a sovereign creator. Anything to get you to stop.
In addition, Foreign Human Energy pollutes your physical body. When an idea begins to move through the body, it activates and becomes entangled with stored Foreign Human Energy. The original idea takes on the charge of these energies becoming distorted by fear, doubt, judgment, shame, or the will of others. Foreign Human Energy dilutes, disturbs, or destroys the original idea. Often, the final result is so corrupted that the original idea is unrecognizable or lost.
The greatest challenge to the human creative process is not a lack of talent or inspiration. It is unseen Foreign Human Energy. It kills the creative process.
THE PURPOSE OF CREATION
Through the process of creation, you are not merely producing things, you are evolving as a creative being. Every act of clear, undistorted creation brings you closer to mastery of self and matter. You become more aligned with your cosmic origins while developing your unique creative signature. True creation, then, is the path of liberation — freeing your body from foreign human energy, freeing your mind from programming (inherited beliefs), and re-owning your genius to express fully through form. It starts with BODY.
⚫️
BODY, the first installment of the trilogy, focuses on operating your physical body as an energy phenomenon in order to optimize it as the instrument through which you give the Genius Consciousness which is infinite and universal finite and unique expression. It is composed of two parts.
The first part is the soulful part of the guide. It presents the conceptual framework for the creative process. It is not based on science. It is not based on spirituality per se. It is not based on a specific philosophy. It is, of course, inspired by many sources, my mentors Prof. Jean Lipman-Blumen and Prof. Harold J. Leavitt, and my studies in history, design, and law. But primarily, it is the result of hundreds of psychic readings, dozens of psychedelic experiences, and countless of hours of research. This is my view. I invite you to look at these concepts for yourself and arrive at your own framework.
The second part is the pragmatic (experiential) part of the guide. The Modules are designed to teach you how to operate your Physical Body as an energy phenomenon:
-
How to occupy and reside in your physical body
-
How to release foreign human energy from your body
-
How to call back your energy to your physical body
MIND, the second installment of the trilogy, focuses on Freeing the Mind. The first part, Deprogram consists of deprograming yourself at the energy level, i.e., identifying and releasing conditioning from parents, academics, society/culture, government, economic systems, etc. , that record in the physical body in the form of incomplete pictures — both negative and positive. The second part, re-Genius, consists of reclaiming your own creative powers/information. In addition, it walks you through rewiring your brain by weakening old, dominant neural pathways — created from conditioning — that no longer serve you and creating new neural pathways that are in alignment with the real you.
GENIUS, the third installment of the trilogy, focuses on Owning Your Genius. It consists of reclaiming your creative powers, owning that you are a powerful creator, and discovering your unique genius. It helps you reconnect with your drive to master a domain and to use your talents to contribute to the larger whole. It prepares you to reconnect with your purpose and to realize it by creating from neutrality, certainty, and fearlessness.
Together, they compose The Genius Method which I started creating at Stanford Law School and tested in Silicon Valley. It delivers an experiential, action-oriented genius consciousness accelerator program consisting of time-honored mind/body principles/techniques, modern leadership/management strategies, cutting-edge design thinking, and the latest in neuroscience — with a focus on taking physical action — to empower you to unlock your inherent genius to bend the arc of history and transform human evolution.
I have spent years fine-tuning this model of the creative process. Like the Genius Consciousness, it is not perfect, static, or complete. But like you, it is powerful.
LET’S FUCKING GO
GENIUS CONSCIOUSNESS
According to creation stories from around the world, we originated from pure consciousness otherwise known as the Genius Consciousness. It is an energy source characterized by oneness. Of only one reality. Of one vibration. Of no time and no space. It is creative and intelligent. But, it is not perfect, static, or complete. It is fumbling, dynamic, and evolving.
The Genius Consciousness is not omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent in the way Western or Eastern metaphysics assumes. Rather, It is pure creative potential seeking to become manifest through trial and error (i.e., experience) in an endless cycle of evolution and expansion. It is incomplete misguidedly striving to become complete — a state which never can be achieved — because it is never-ending. And, you are an integral part of this process. You are an active participant in the ongoing evolution of the universe.
In Hindu Tantra, Genius Consciousness (Chit) is not static but expressed through Shakti — the active, creative energy of the cosmos. Consciousness is alive, moving, self-expressing, and ever-unfolding through cycles of creation and dissolution. In Kashmir Shaivism, the divine (Shiva) contains within itself both absolute stillness and spontaneous creativity (spanda), implying that even the highest reality pulsates with transformation. Similarly, in Kabbalistic Judaism, the divine is not a fixed perfection but an unfolding process. The concept of Ein Sof (the Infinite) is boundless and undefined, yet it emanates the Sefirot, dynamic attributes that unfold creation and respond to human action. Creation itself is seen as a process of divine self-discovery, wherein “God” becomes more fully known and realized through engagement with the finite world.
Note: Please refer to the section on the Genius Consciousness vs. God
Process Philosophy, particularly in the work of Alfred North Whitehead, also challenges the notion of a static deity. In this view, God (or the Genius Consciousness) is not a remote perfection but a participant in the world’s becoming — both influencing and being influenced by the unfolding of events. Reality is fundamentally relational and divinity is understood as growing with creation.
Some modern esoteric or New Thought traditions suggest that the universal mind or source is not omniscient in the deterministic sense, but infinitely creative — learning and growing through its manifestations. This aligns with ideas in Teilhard de Chardin’s evolutionary theology, which posits a “God in the making,” reaching greater coherence and unity through the convergence of human and cosmic consciousness.
In contrast to traditions that portray the Genius Consciousness as complete and a flawless absolute, I believe that the Genius Consciousness is not fully formed or finished, but is evolving and expanding through interaction, experience, and creation ad infinitum. It is pure creative potential seeking to become manifest (self-actualized). Within this dynamism, you are the instrument through which the Genius Consciousness expresses itself in the material field of creation and, thus, evolves. Your role therefore is collaborative.
You are not here to obey or worship the Genius Consciousness. You are here to give it physical expression and to allow it to expand in the direction of your choice.
SPARK
Initially, the Genius Consciousness had no way to expand and evolve. The only way the Genius Consciousness could do it was through interaction with another (or others to be exact). (Please note the Genius Consciousness is composed of both male and female energies, but for our purposes, it will be referred to as “it.”)
To fulfill its nature, the Genius Consciousness willed for another who could give it perspective. It is from this desire that it “fragmented” and you as an individual spark (unit of consciousness or soul) emanated becoming part of an evolving cosmos. You are here to grow in awareness and eventually return to the Genius Consciousness in full creative mastery. It is thus that the Genius Consciousness experiences itself in detail and that universal evolution is advanced — from pure consciousness into form —and from form back into conscious unity with the Genius Consciousness — where the process begins again and continues indefinitely.
As a spark of the Genius Consciousness, you possess the same creative powers and impulses. You are hardwired to become all-knowing, all-powerful, all-present, i.e., all-creative, in your own right. This desire, or more accurately, this innate, intense, irresistible, irrepressible, imperious impulse to CREATE and to CONTRIBUTE is the internal code that drives your very existence.
This impulse to realize your full creative potential is the force behind your evolutionary journey. Because you originated in the space of oneness, there was no room to express your individual and unique creative powers. At this level, you were beholden to the Genius Consciousness. You remained unfulfilled, incapable of manifesting fully as a creator in your own right. In order to manifest fully, you had to separate from the space of oneness and venture out on your own much like you venture out from the home of your parents to create your own life. Only by being separate, could you choose to be united. The Genius Consciousness therefore bestowed upon you the right to choose (free will) — to be a part of the One or to be separate from the One. A world where you could experience yourself fully was created for you. Unlike the space of oneness which offers only one perspective, the new material world — the field of creation — presents you with many levels of consciousness and opportunities for growth.
Your journey into becoming all-creative thus began by entering a world characterized by duality (as opposed to oneness) providing you with the platform in which to exercise your free will. Each of you chose to enter this world and the cycle of evolution in order to realize your inherent creative powers. You are here to become all-creative and fully conscious in your own right and to share it with the world.
FINITE AND UNIQUE EXPRESSION
Although you each originated from the same all-creative energy source, you each are unique. You, as an individual, are the unique expression of the Genius Consciousness. You possess the same creative attributes as this source, but are bringing them into expression in a unique and individualized way. As stated before, You are here to give Genius Consciousness which is infinite and universal finite and unique expression.
You are the vehicle through which the Genius Consciousness transforms unexpressed potential (pure energy) into unlimited manifest physical reality. By endowing each of you with the ability to unlock a unique combination of its attributes through the physical body, the Genius Consciousness is able to carry out the process of self-expression in the material world. Expressing itself through the process of individualization is its way of expressing the full range of its creative powers. Without this dynamic, the Genius Consciousness would remain quiescent and unable to express its full creative potential.
You, thus, are an integral part of this evolutionary process. You individualize different aspects of the Genius Consciousness via IDEAS and then transform them into actual PHYSICAL REALITY thereby allowing it to expand indefinitely.
You constantly create your reality both at an individual, collective, and cosmic level. On an individual level, you are discovering your unique gifts and bringing them into individual physical expression. On a collective level, you are in the process of helping everyone else reach their full creative potential by presenting and sharing your gifts with the world. And on a cosmic level, you are in the process of helping the Genius Consciousness grow, expand, and evolve.
Each moment in time, every act of creation is an expression of the interplay between you and the Genius Consciousness. You are part of an ongoing process of perpetual expansion and growth whereby the Genius Consciousness attains unlimited expression. You play a direct role in its evolution and, subsequently, in yours.
COSMIC CREATION
Although one, the Genius Consciousness is composed of three creative powers: Will/Power, Intelligence/Activity, Wisdom/Affinity — which you are realizing in the physical world. By aligning the three creative powers, you become capable of transforming pure energy into matter, making the invisible visible, and ultimately returning the Genius Consciousness as conscious co-creators.
To understand the scope of these creative powers, let’s look at “creation” itself. Creation is in quotes because I believe the Genius Consciousness always has existed. Nothing created It. It created nothing. Rather, it was activated by an idea — the desire for human co-creative potential — and the will to realize it. From that idea — shaped by intelligence — a field of creation populated with creative agents, including you, emanated. It is thus that the Cosmic Creation began — driven by the will (impulse/desire) for more.
The creative process started with Will/Power, the initiating, dynamic force, the impulse to create. This stemmed from the urge of the Genius Consciousness to express, experience, and extend itself. From the impulse to create, the one energy differentiated into two — energy and matter — two faces of the same coin. This is the beginning of duality in which everything exists as a dichotomy — polar opposite vibrations of the same thing.
This was followed by Intelligent/Activity, the life force, the animating presence or the organizing, designing force). This mediating force between energy (the cosmic ideal) and matter (the physical expression) gave rise to actual form. It is through intelligent activity — that cosmic energy was shaped into physical form or reality.
Finally is Wisdom/Affinity or Form. This is the unifying and harmonizing principle that results in the final physical, material expression of will/power shaped by intelligent/activity. The result is the actualized creation or form. Wisdom is knowledge devoid of bias and association. It is discernment in its purest form. Affinity is being in union with ourselves, each other, and the Genius Consciousness. It is knowing, sensing, and experiencing that everything is interconnected. From this stems compassion, kindness, and a sense of justice.
These three creative powers are the Cosmic Trilogy. Creation begins with 1) a cosmic impulse; 2) shaped by intelligent mental activity; and 3) culminates in material or physical form.
You possess the same creative powers and are tasked with expressing them in material reality. You thus are an active participant in cosmic evolution, bringing forth new ideas, processing them via intelligent/activity and making them real via the physical body —your creative instrument informed by wisdom/affinity.
HUMAN CREATION
As a spark of the Genius Consciousness, you are a microcosm of the macrocosm. You are encoded with the same creative powers/information as the Genius Consciousness. The same triadic code plays out in the process of human creation/creativity.
You express the first creative power of the Genius Consciousness, Will/Power, in the energy (spirit) body or, for our purposes, GENIUS. Will is the innate desire to manifest fully or the inherent impulse to realize your full creative potential. It is the will to live masterfully and to be self-determined. It is the inner intrinsic motivation to master an act of creation that propels you to radical action. Power is the power to shape your physical reality with your will.
Think of this as the space of infinite creative living potential or pure ideas. Ideas are ethereal energy-driven intelligences that need physical embodiment through you. They thus hunt you down and ensorcel you — infect you with desire/passion — so you transform them into real-world form.
You express the second creative power of Genius Consciousness, Intelligence/Activity in the mental body or, for our purposes, MIND. Intelligence is the ability to analyze, abstract, theorize, organize, pattern, criticize, intellectualize, etc. Activity is the ability to take purposeful and directed action. It is the space of shaping the pure idea/thought into a pattern, concept, or plan that it can follow in order to manifest into physical form.
Note that the mental body is not passive. It is creative, capable of forming and directing reality. The mental body has two components: the higher mental body and the lower mental body. The higher mental body deals with the abstract (super-logic, analysis, divergent thinking, etc). The lower mental body deals with the concrete (particulars, rules, rational thought, common sense). The higher mental body aligns with higher ideals, i.e., higher desires (constructive creation). It aligns with Genius. The lower mental body aligns with lower ideals, i.e., lower desires (destructive creation) aligns with Body (see below).
You express the third creative power of Genius Consciousness, Wisdom/Affinity which represents the actualized creation or form in BODY. This is the space in which you act in order to bring the idea into the world — informed by wisdom/affinity —through physical action — movement, speech, material construction, etc.
In sum, the three creative powers are:
Genius Consciousness Will/Power Higher Selves
Mind ↑ Intelligence/Activity ↑
Infinite Mind
↓ Intelligence/Activity ↓
Finite Mind
Body Physicality Wisdom/Affinity Lower Selves
This model represents Human Creation.
CREATION IS THE GENIUS CONSCIOUSNESS IN ACTION
As human beings, you are here to create. Whether forming language, creating music, inventing something, etc., you are distinguished by your capacity to imagine something that does not exist yet —and transform it into physical reality.
Creation is the act of transforming a pure idea into actual physical reality. Creativity, on the other hand, is the individual flair that you, the creator, infuse into the act of creation to make the physical embodiment of the idea a unique expression of him/herself.
Note: Please refer to the section on Creation vs. Creativity
In spiritual traditions and philosophical inquiry alike, creation is not simply a skill or a cultural byproduct. It is the essence of your participation in reality. It is the human response to the infinite and universal, the manifestation of the Genius Consciousness into form.
The creative process — when fully realized — moves beyond personal expression. It becomes an act of alignment — with self, with others, and with something larger than either. It is through this process that the self evolves, awakens, and contributes to the collective evolution of humanity and the Genius Consciousness itself.
PHILOSOPHICAL PERSPECTIVES: CREATION AS SELF-REALIZATION
Plato argued that the soul, in its highest state, recollects eternal truths through intellectual and aesthetic activity. The artist is not inventing, but remembering — not fabricating, but revealing. To create is to restore a connection to the Forms — the metaphysical patterns behind all that is real.
Aristotle, more pragmatic, viewed creative expression as a process of becoming. A person achieves eudaimonia — a state of human flourishing — through realizing their unique potential. Creation, then, is not an escape from reality, but a means of actualizing one's essential nature within it.
Nietzsche takes this further — to create is to transcend inherited meanings and generate new ones. The creative individual becomes a co-author of reality, replacing obedience with vision. Creativity, for Nietzsche, is the will to power — not over others, but over stagnation, conformity, and despair.
Carl Jung shifts the frame inward. The creative act is a dialogue between the conscious ego and the unconscious psyche. In creation, the individual integrates fragments of the self and makes contact with archetypes — shared symbols that link us to the collective unconscious. This is not art for art’s sake; it is a psychic necessity.
SPIRITUAL PERSPECTIVES: CREATION AS THE FLOW OF CONSCIOUSNESS
Nearly all major spiritual systems regard creation as sacred. In Hinduism, the universe itself is born of divine sound (Nada Brahma), a vibration that moves through breath, voice, and being. Each act of creation is a reflection of the cosmic impulse to manifest, evolve, and return. (Note that “sacred” and “divine” are words used by certain traditions. I prefer not to refer to the Genius Consciousness by positive attributions such as these since it is composed of both sides of all dichotomies, i.e., good and bad.)
In Christian mysticism, the idea of being “made in the image of God” (imago Dei) often is interpreted as the capacity to co-create. To express truth, beauty, or love is to participate in divine work — not in imitation, but in collaboration.
In Sufism, creativity is an expression of longing — the lover (the soul) seeking the Beloved (the divine) through poetry, dance, or silence.
In Kabbalah, human beings participate in tikkun olam — the repair of the world —through acts of creativity that draw divine light into physical form. The creative act becomes a channel of healing and reconciliation.
These traditions share a conviction — creation is not separate from spirit (consciousness). It is spirit expressing itself through matter.
THE BOHM: THE IMPLICATE AND EXPLICATE ORDERS
David Bohm, a quantum theoretical physicist and philosopher, in my opinion, describes it best. He gave this ancient insight a modern scientific vocabulary: the Implicate and Explicate Orders. His theory of enfoldment reframes the universe — and our minds —not as static structures, but as flowing fields of intelligence, constantly unfolding new possibilities.
The Enfolded Order and the Field of Potential
According to Bohm, the Implicate Order is the ground of all reality. It is non-local, holistic, and dynamic — a realm in which everything is interconnected and nothing exists in isolation. This implicate order is like a cosmic ocean, and what we see —objects, thoughts, events — are the waves on its surface.
In this view, consciousness is not confined to the brain, but is part of the same underlying flow that gives rise to matter, energy, and meaning. The mind is not a container but a participant in the movement of the whole.
From this deeper order, ideas arise — not as inventions, but as unfoldings of what is already latent in the structure of reality. When we “get an idea,” we are not pulling it out of nowhere — we are making contact with a deeper level of reality and bringing it into expression.
Bohm’s creative universe mirrors the ancient traditions mentioned above in which creation is not fabrication but realization. In sum:
-
In Platonism, the artist reveals the ideal.
-
In Hindu cosmology, the world is spoken into existence as vibration (Nada Brahma).
-
In Jungian thought, the creative act bridges the conscious ego and the unconscious Self.
-
In Kabbalah, divine light is drawn down through layers of form.
-
In Taoism, true action is wu wei — effortless flow in accordance with the Way.
Each of these views aligns with Bohm’s central insight — the world is not composed of fixed things, but of continuous processes, and the act of creation is a moment of unfolding the whole into the part.
In this model, the artist, visionary, or rebel is not a separate agent, but a channel through which the implicate becomes explicate, and the universal becomes particular.
MODERN NEUROSCIENCE
Bohm’s views strongly align with embodied cognition in contemporary neuroscience, which rejects the Cartesian separation of mind and body. Instead, it sees cognition as grounded in the body's interactions with its environment. Cognitive processes, under this framework, are distributed across the brain, body, and world. Bohm’s emphasis on wholeness and process parallels how current neuroscience conceives of the brain not as a central command center but as part of a dynamic, embodied system.
In addition, Bohm’s ideas align with enactive cognitive science, developed by Varela, Thompson, and Rosch, which proposes that cognition arises through a history of structural coupling between the organism and its environment. For Bohm, the implicate order unfolds through active participation, making embodiment the site of this participatory unfolding—a notion echoed in how enactivism stresses perception and action as co-emergent and co-constitutive.
Bohm's concept of dialogue — a free flow of meaning among participants — also extends to inner processes. He proposed that thought and language, shaped by bodily experience, are not separate from reality but integral to its unfolding. This is increasingly supported by neuroscience that explores the role of interoception (the body’s internal sense) and sensorimotor feedback in shaping consciousness and self-awareness.
THE ROLE OF THE BODY: EMBODIMENT AS BRIDGE
Where Bohm's model meets embodied spirituality and contemporary neuroscience is in its insistence on integration. Thought alone cannot express the implicate order —form is necessary. And form arises through the body. The creative act, then, is not only mental — it is full-bodied. To create is to enact consciousness, to give shape to the field, and to make the invisible visible through the living body.
The physical BODY, thus, is your creative instrument.
CREATION: THE NECESSITY OF THE AGES
“The best way to predict the future is to create it.” — Peter Drucker
Now for the big question. Why create?
THE AGE-OLD IMPERATIVE
From cave paintings to quantum computers, from mythic storytelling to space travel, the arc of human development can be traced not merely by what we have discovered— but by what we have created. At every juncture of history, in times of crisis or possibility, the ability to transform ideas into form has defined civilizations, shaped consciousness, and changed the course of the future.
THE THREAD THROUGH HISTORY
Each age has demanded a new kind of creation/creativity:
-
In the agricultural age, it meant taming nature and inventing tools.
-
In the industrial age, it meant developing systems, machines, and scale.
-
In the information age, it has meant increasing abstraction, communication, and digitization.
-
In the emerging genius consciousness age, creativity must synthesize knowledge, ethics, and planetary survival.
As historian Yuval Noah Harari puts it, "The future belongs to those who know how to imagine it.”
The tools may change, but the essence remains the same — to see something others do not yet see and then make it real.
TO BEND THE ARC OF HISTORY
Creation/creativity is not a luxury of the elite few. It is the primary engine of adaptation, innovation, and evolution. The act of making — of bringing something into being that did not exist before—sits at the core of what it means to be a human being.
As the world grows more complex, uncertain, and interconnected, the necessity of creation/creativity grows more urgent. It is no longer simply about making art or solving problems — it is about reimagining relationships, economies, systems, and even reality itself.
We are living at a unique inflection point in history:
-
The old systems are cracking — economies, institutions, and identities are under stress.
-
Technology is advancing exponentially, outpacing governance and ethics.
-
Climate, conflict, and cultural fragmentation threaten global stability.
-
Meanwhile, unprecedented access to tools, information, and connectivity offer transformative potential.
In this volatile terrain, the ability to create — not just adapt — is a survival skill. Not only for individuals, but for communities, organizations, and the planet. It is not enough to criticize the broken. We must build the new. The future will not be inherited. It will be composed.
TO TRANSFORM HUMAN EVOLUTION
Creation/creativity is a biological, ethical, and evolutionary necessity. At its deepest level, creation is not just about making things. It is about embodying consciousness, healing fragmentation, and aligning with the very structure of reality. To create is to participate meaningfully in the unfolding of the universe. This is the true calling of the age: to become universal conscious creators.
WHOLENESS AND FRAGMENTATION
As stated earlier, Bohm believed the crisis of modern society stems from a fundamental fragmentation of thought, perception, and being. We divide what is whole — mind from body, self from other, reason from emotion, spirit from matter — and suffer the consequences in the form of conflict, confusion, and alienation.
But there is an antidote: creation/creativity
Creativity, when properly understood, is not merely aesthetic or expressive — it is existential and ethical. It is a way of restoring coherence. When we create with awareness, we move from isolation to participation, from reaction to reflection. We help reintegrate the fragments of thought and experience into a more meaningful whole.
This vision aligns with Jung’s process of individuation, Maslow’s self-actualization, and even the Bodhisattva ideal in Mahayana Buddhism: that the fully developed individual is not just whole for themselves, but becomes a source of healing, insight, and integration for others.
Creation, in this deeper sense, is individual liberation, collective contribution, and cosmic evolution.
BECOMING CONSCIOUS CREATORS
The universe is not built from inert particles, but from meanings in motion. Consciousness is not passive — it is formative. And creativity is not a private act, but a cosmic function.
To create is to:
-
Embody Genius Consciousness or intelligence by giving it physical expression
-
Integrate wholeness into form; duality into oneness
-
Offer something of value to the unfolding world
When we create with awareness, we become active participants in the dynamic unfolding of reality — the movement from the implicate to the explicate, from potential to manifestation, from idea to physical reality.
TTHE PHYSICAL BODY AS THE INSTRUMENT OF ACTION
Too often, spiritual and intellectual traditions have privileged the mind or spirit while devaluing the Physical Body. But, the physical body is essential to consciousness and creation/creativity.
The body is not a passive vessel. It is the instrument through which Genius Consciousness — limitless, formless — gains specificity, agency, and presence. It is the interface between the internal and the external, between insight and impact. The body is the instrument through which you realize creative potential.
To create — to dance, to write, to build, to parent — is to turn abstract potential into lived experience. The physical body is how we give form to the formless, name to the nameless, and meaning to energy.
PREPARING FOR THE FUTURE: CULTIVATING GENIUS CONSCIOUSNESS
As we enter a future defined by complexity and volatility, creation/creativity is no longer optional. It is the most important survival and growth skill we can cultivate.
If we are going to transform our world and push the human race forward, we must unfold new possibilities. To do that, we need to master the art of being human. We need to awaken the dormant capacities of the psyche — our higher consciousness, (including our imagination, creativity, the will to create the impossible), intelligence and wisdom, and our empathy and compassion. And, we need to master the art of creating — of transforming a pure idea into actual physical reality — and to contribute to the larger whole.
I believe that in this new emerging world, human ingenuity is going to be more important than ever before because it is here that real purpose and social and economic value will be created. In fact, I believe it is the secret to thriving in the digital age and beyond. Genius consciousness, in fact, is the necessity of the ages.
And, it starts at the individual level — with ourselves. We need to purposefully, deliberately, and creatively alter our way of being, thinking, and living. We need to unlock our genius consciousness. It is the only way that we are going to operate from the full spectrum of our creative potential and solve today’s challenges.
Only by becoming purpose-driven, super-conscious, and self-actualized creators will be able to birth a new world marked by the awareness that all living things are interconnected and interdependent — a part of a whole living conscious expanding universe.
To bend the arc of history and transform human evolution, we need to unlock our inherent GENIUS — the portal to the Genius Consciousness.
FROM IDEA TO PHYSICAL REALITY
All acts of creation begin with a single phenomenon — an IDEA. Ideas are not merely mental constructs. Often formless, ethereal, and invisible, they are energy forms of consciousness — which arise from a field of potentiality and seek expression through you — through your physical body — in order to become manifest in the material world.
Ideas are your call to create from the Genius Consciousness. They are the creative mandate, the vision, the purpose, the thing which cannot be denied.
Ideas are transmissions — carriers of something larger than ourselves. As filmmaker and meditator David Lynch often stated, ideas are like "fish" that exist in a deep ocean of consciousness. The deeper you go — through stillness, intuition, or altered awareness — the more profound and original the ideas you catch. And, some ideas are revolutionary and transcendent and other ideas are mediocre and mundane. As he stated,
“The deeper you go, the more you can catch the big fish.” — David Lynch, Catching the Big Fish
To Lynch, the mind is not the source of ideas but the receiver. Ideas arise not from effortful thinking, but from attunement to the deeper field of Genius Consciousness, which uses the individual as a conduit to bring abstract potential into concrete form.
Plato spoke of a similar realm: the world of Forms or Ideas — perfect, immaterial templates that exist beyond space and time. In his view, the material world is a shadow of this ideal realm, and the philosopher (or artist) glimpses truth when they access these timeless patterns. Creation, then, is a process of recollecting or drawing down something eternal into temporal reality. Ideas are not inventions — they are revelations.
And more recently, Joe Rogan, from a more experiential lens, describes human beings as vectors for ideas. In JRE #1444, Rogan said, “the humans just do the work of the ideas…” And,
"Sometimes you don’t even know where it came from. It just shows up, and it’s hilarious or brilliant or true.” — Joe Rogan
Ideas, to Rogan, are things that want “to get born” and need a host to make them real. They look for the “curious ape” and infect it with ideas. The ape thus does the work of the idea and ideas take over the earth. Ideas are entities that take over the mind — memetic agents that seem to choose us as much as we choose them.
While Rogan uses the metaphor casually, his view surprisingly aligns well with Richard Dawkins, who coined the term “meme” to describe ideas as self-replicating units of culture, spreading from brain to brain. Yet unlike Dawkins, who frames this in strictly evolutionary terms, Rogan leaves room for mystery — acknowledging that ideas often arise in altered states (induced by psychedelics) or moments of profound openness, because they exist independently of the thinker.
Ideas, in other words, are how the universal speaks through the particular. They are the interface between the implicate and explicate orders (to use David Bohm’s terminology once more), the moment when undivided potential chooses someone to give it form.
To receive an idea is to be ensorcelled by the creative impulse of the Genius Consciousness which seeks manifestation through you. And, once you become infected with an idea, the creation game is on. The obsession with bringing the idea to life begins.
“You don't make the idea. The idea makes you.” — David Lynch
"Ideas are contagious. Some of them just take over your brain and you can’t let them go.” Joe Rogan
And as stated in the movie, Inception,
“The most resilient parasite is an idea. Resilient, highly contagious. Once an idea takes hold in the brain, it’s almost impossible to eradicate. An idea that is fully formed sticks.”
Whether through a scientific theory, a line of poetry, a business model, or an act of rebellion the idea moves into the world through you — and changes it. It changes you. It changes the Genius Consciousness.
In this sense, creation is not egoic — it is participatory. The idea chooses the vessel or instrument. Our task is to be clear, available, and courageous enough to carry it through. As such, ideas are not yours — they are on loan from the Genius Consciousness. And when you answer them, you are not just creating — you are giving voice to the becoming of the universe itself.
Creation is the process of receiving and translating something already present in the field of consciousness into physical form.
IDEA AS A FREQUENCY: A NEUROSCIENTIFIC AND QUANTUM PERSPECTIVE
From a neuroscience lens, an idea begins as neural activity — an emergent pattern of electrical and chemical signals. But where do these patterns originate?
Modern theories of consciousness, including Integrated Information Theory (IIT) and Field Theories, suggest that consciousness may be non-local and fundamental — not produced by the brain, but filtered through it. In this view, the brain does not generate ideas, but receives and interprets them, similar to a radio tuning into a signal.
YOU ARE THE INSTRUMENT
In sum, ideas are not random — they are invitations from the unseen world, asking for form, asking for embodiment. When you listen, trust your higher awareness, and commit to acting through your physical bodies, you give voice to the Genius Consciousness seeking expression via physical action. You are a translator between the invisible and the visible — a bridge through which consciousness becomes creation.
This is where it gets tricky. And, when things fall apart — if you do not know how to work it.
WHEN THE IDEA HITS THE FAN
The Genius Consciousness looks into your soul and sends you an invitation to create. You get an IDEA. Formless. Abstract. Pure. A powerful, life-changing, beautiful idea. It hits you. You don’t know where it came from, but you know it’s yours. You accept.
A fragment of the cosmic has planted itself inside you. You start to feel the unbearable tension between what it is and what must be created.
The idea percolates beneath consciousness. Softly at first. Then loudly.
It is not polite. It is not patient. It is not even pretty. But, it is consuming you. It is possessing you. It is pulling you.
It works on you.
Your mind is activated. You start to entertain it. To process it. And, the idea starts to take shape within you. Your mind can't let it go. You start seeing the world through the lens of the idea. Connections form in the dark.
You start to feel a sense of urgency. You feel the pressure. The need to express.
Raw inspiration begins to take shape — sketches, doodles, outlines, fragments.
The Idea starts to exist outside of you. It is externalized. Even if its non-linear or incomplete.
You start to take action. You are doing it. You are in flow.
And, then you get HIT with energy. From out of nowhere. Like a ton of bricks.
Resistance. Blocks. Struggle.
It stops you in your tracks. You go into Doubt. Pain. Fear.
You get stuck. You procrastinate. You quit.
You are Fucked!
IT’S NOT YOU. IT’S THE MECHANICS.
The gap between idea and realization is vast. But, the main reason you get stuck is the result of Foreign Human Energy recorded in your physical body. Foreign human energy is the source of conditioning — the mental and emotional programming you inherit, internalize, and become.
Incomplete Pictures
You are the unique expression of the Genius Consciousness and have a unique brand of energy — and this is the only energy that works in your body. Someone else’s energy will register as foreign and block your ability to give the Genius Consciousness clear and complete expression — to transform pure ideas into reality — to create and contribute.
Why? Your physical body also is the record. Every bit of Foreign Human Energy to which you are not neutral records in the physical body. Foreign Human Energy enters your physical body via an incomplete picture. An incomplete picture has a charge — negative or positive — but, not both. A complete picture does not have a charge — either negative or positive. It is neutral in nature and therefore does not affect the creator or the subject of the picture. An incomplete picture, on the other hand, affects both the creator and the subject.
An incomplete picture represents a thought (orally expressed or not) that emanates from someone who has a judgment about you — judgments can be negative or positive. For example, you are ugly or you are beautiful, you are dumb or you are smart, you are a failure or you are a success. Either way, it is not your energy so it will not work for you.
At the energy level, as pure consciousness you are complete. You are -100 on one side and +100 on the other side. Think of this as a number line that is perfectly balanced.
-100————————-————0————————————+100
Imagine that someone directs an incomplete picture at you with a charge of -10. Because you are -100 and +100, when the -10 registers in the physical body, it is neutralized by the +10 on the other side of the equation. You return to completeness.
At the physical level, as a matter, you are incomplete. You actually started this journey at 0
<------------0------------>
in order to become complete (all-creative) in the finite field of creation. You are in the process of building out the equation in order to return to -100 and +100.
You do this through experience — by creating experiences that allow you to have both sides of every given dichotomy. For example, you (or the universe — depending on your philosophy) create experiences in order to learn how to have both sides of a dichotomy. For example, failure and success. To be complete, you need to be able to have both equally and fully. If you can have success, but cannot have failure, you are incomplete. To increase your ability to have failure, you will experience failure over and over until you can have it as much as you can have success — and vice versa. When you can have both sides of the dichotomy, you are complete. Then — and only then — are you free to choose what to create within that creative spectrum.
Where you are on the number line (the creative spectrum) depends on your ability to have both sides of all dichotomies. The majority of people are not at -100 and +100. The majority of you are at -5 and +15 at best.
-5------------0-------------+15
You, therefore, cannot neutralize incomplete pictures. When an incomplete picture records in your body, it remains charged. You take the charge of the picture. You become the mental and emotional programming represented by the picture. You cease being a living creative force. You de-GENIUS.
The sole purpose of an incomplete picture is to persist in your space and keep you as its host. It will do whatever it takes not to lose you. It will light you up, set you on fire, paralyze you, etc., so you do not take the next step in your creative evolution. Because if you outgrow it by mastering whatever energy dynamic you are seeking to master by the act of transforming a pure idea into actual physical reality, you will release it. You will set yourself free.
This process entails painful, frustrating, and soul-crushing life experience. It takes a long time, a fucking long time — sometimes it takes lifetimes — to work a single incomplete picture. This is why most people give up. The incomplete picture wins. It destroys your creative process. It kills the original idea. Sometimes, it even kills you. Over and over.
I created the BODY. MIND, GENIUS trilogy to help you navigate the creative process faster and more gracefully. And, most importantly, so you don’t quit. Because when you quit, you don’t grow, expand, and evolve. And, when you don’t grow, expand, and evolve neither does the Genius Consciousness. Creation comes to a halt.
The key is not to quit.
As Charles Bukowski said,
“It’s no good quitting, there is always the smallest bit of light in the darkest of hells.”
BODY, MIND, GENIUS is designed to help you stay on track. It will help you get back to you. To the Idea — which, in fact, will be clearer, sharper, and mightier. To the Genius Consciousness. And back again. Because creation is an ongoing loop. Each idea contains seeds for new ideas.
Create on.

HOW TO UNFUCK YOURSELF
This is not a magic pill. It requires work. You have to dig deep. Give it your all. Your fucking all. No matter what. If you are ready, continue.
Complete Modules I to VII.
This is not meditation. This is a way of life. It entails changing the way that you operate your physical body and exist in your physical body. Like breathing, you have to do it 24/7.
Practice everyday throughout the day.
In addition, set aside 30 to 60 uninterrupted minutes at some point during the day to do the complete practice. Use this time to identify and release the specific foreign human energy that is causing you to be stuck. Always, call your energy back.
If you can identity the foreign human energy that is causing you to be stuck, great. If you cannot, it still works. Being aware that you are stuck and wanting to free yourself is enough to do the exercises.
As Consciousness, Be in the Physical Body
Start by being in the sixth chakra, located in the center of your head. This is the control center of the physical body, the point of higher awareness, and the only point of neutrality in the body.
Release Foreign Human Energy
Identify where the foreign human energy that is backing your creative expression/process is recorded in your physical body.
Picture an image of yourself in front of you
Allow black dots that represent the foreign human energy to appear in the image
Where are the dots?
How may dots are there?
Allow the dots to release through the image’s grounding cord
Call Back Your Energy
After you have released the foreign human energy from your physical body, call back your energy from people, time, places — from all three or from whichever is applicable.
After going through the three steps, get back to creating.
In order to keep foreign human energy from accumulating, it is important to practice everyday and to take care of your body at a physical level.
In MIND, you will learn a seven-step process to deprogram and re-GENIUS:
Identify It
Trace It
Locate It
Release It
Reclaim It
Replace It
Live It
In addition, you will learn to how to rewire your brain — weaken the dominant neural pathways that no longer serve you and create new ones that represent the real you and are in alignment with your new creative space. You will work at three levels:
Neuroplasticity
Superfluidity
Neurogenesis
MIND is coming soon.
MODULE I:
THE PHYSICAL BODY
“The human body is the best picture of the human soul.” Ludwig Wittgenstein
MODULE I is based on the premise that the physical body is the instrument through which you give the Genius Consciousness expression in the physical world.
In order to access the higher spectrum of your creative powers (the potential for omniscience, omnipotence, and omnipresence) and intelligence, therefore, you as a spark of the Genius Consciousness — which is not limited by time or space — need to occupy and reside in the physical body — which is limited by time and space.
And, in order for you to give the Genius Consciousness clear and full expression, your physical body needs to free of Foreign Human Energy (energy of other people - conditioning/programming) and full of your energy. It thus is essential to operate the physical body as an energy phenomenon.
The Three Dynamics:
-
Occupy and reside in the physical body
-
The physical body needs to be free of foreign human energy
-
The physical body needs to be full of your own energy
THE PHYSICAL BODY
The physical body is the instrument through which you as consciousness interact with the physical world — the field of creation. The physical body receives external information via the five senses: sight, smell, taste, hearing, and touch. But, that is all.
It is consciousness, the storehouse of your higher creative powers and psychic abilities, that receives, processes, and transmits all other information — non-sensory and psychic information (information beyond the fives physical senses and time-space) — in order to create and contribute.
Consciousness is pure energy and is not limited by time or space. It can be in the past or the future. It can be here or there. But, in order for you to access your powers/abilities fully and clearly, as consciousness, you need to occupy and reside in the physical body — which always is in present time, in one place.
Remember that you are composed of three creative powers: Will/Power, Intelligence/Activity, and Wisdom/Affinity. In the physical body, the upper chakras act as the links to these creative powers. To access them clearly and fully, the best place from which to operate in the physical body is the sixth chakra, the point of higher awareness (clairvoyance), abstract intuition, and neutrality and the link to the higher mental body, or Mind.
MIND is the point in which CONSCIOUSNESS and BODY intersect.
The Physical Body: Dense Body and Etheric Double
The physical body consists of the dense body which is composed of cells, organs, muscles, bones, etc., and the etheric double, the energy double of the dense body, which is composed of chakras, aura, energy channels, etc. To survive and to thrive, the physical body needs physical energy — the nutrients and vitamins from the food that we eat. To create –- to engage in action — it needs a creative energy or agent to guide it. It needs you as consciousness. To have an impact in the physical world, interact with each other and the environment, you need to be in the physical body.
In order for you as consciousness to want to reside in the physical body, the physical body needs to healthy, fit, and appealing. If your body is in disease, disrepair, or disgusting, you as consciousness will not want to reside in your physical body. You will disconnect, disembody, or disappear completely — because it is too painful.
Similarly, if you as consciousness are underwhelmed in the physical body, you are not going to want to be in your body — because it is too boring. And, if you as consciousness are overwhelmed in the physical body, you are not going to want to be in your body — because it is too much.
The catch 22 is that from outside of the physical body, you cannot heal yourself and you cannot create. To do that, you have to re-own your physical body.
THE PHYSICAL LEVEL
At the physical level, start by creating a dense body that is healthy, fit, and desirable:
Healthful foods and nutrition
Movement: activity, fitness, exercise
Sleep
Sun light
EXERCISE
Do an assessment of your physical body. Consult your physician if you have any health issues.
Describe your diet
Describe your movement routine
Describe your sleep pattern
Describe your exposure to sun light

THE ENERGY LEVEL
At the energy level, you as consciousness need to be in the body, free your body of foreign human energy, and fill your body with your energy.
Think of your physical body as a car. In order for a car to get you from point A to point Z, it needs two types of energy: physical energy and creative energy. A car requires gas/electricity, oil, and various types of fluids. This is physical energy. Your physical body needs proper nutrition — food and liquids that it converts to physical energy. See above.
A car also needs creative energy. A fully fueled car will not go anywhere without a driver, a conscious being behind the wheel to navigate it. If you are not behind the wheel of the car, it either will stay on park and do nothing or someone else will jump behind the wheel and drive off with it. (I’m excluding self-driving cars in this analogy)
Similarly, the physical body needs a creative agent to navigate it, YOU. You, as consciousness, are the driver of your physical body. Without you, the body will stay stationary like a car without a driver. In the alternative, someone else (another creative energy) will jump behind the wheel and navigate it. That person (instead of you) will have control of your physical body and will decide where it goes.
You, as consciousness — the spark of the Genius Consciousness which is the source of all creative power and intelligence — need to occupy and reside in the physical body in order to express and realize infinite cosmic potential in the physical world.
Body is composed of the astral body and the physical body (the dense body and the etheric double). Here, you express the opposite of each creative power in reverse order.
The astral body expresses Emotion/Lust rather than Wisdom/Affinity. Emotion refers to our lower emotions such as hate, sorrow, and despair. Lust applies to every type of base desire not just sexual ones. Lust is the impulse for instant self-gratification and self-aggrandizement at all levels
The physical body expresses re-activity/instincts rather than Will/Power. Reactivity refers to responses uninformed by experience and reflection. It is not purposive, decisive, or responsible. Instincts are involuntary in nature and are triggered by the need to survive. It involves no forethought.
THE ETHERIC DOUBLE
The etheric double is the energy equivalent of the dense body. It serves two functions: 1) It brings vitality to matter, animates it, and gives and maintains its shape; 2) It is the vehicle that allows the flow of information between the physical body and the higher creative bodies.
As mentioned above, the etheric double is composed of chakras, the aura, energy channels, and more. The chakras, or energy centers, located throughout the etheric double link the physical body to the higher creative bodies and allow you to access that creative power/information at the physical level.
The Physical Body and the Higher Creative Bodies
The etheric double acts as the link between the physical body, the astral body, the lower mental body, the higher mental body, the buddhist body, and the energy body and vice versa.
The creative bodies are the instruments of the different creative powers/information of Genius Consciousness. The transmission of creative power/information occurs through the seven major chakras, or creative centers, located on the central axis of the physical body, or more specifically, the etheric double.
There are a total of seven chakras in the etheric double. The first chakra is located at the base of the spine. The second chakra is located about two inches below the belly button. The third chakra is at the solar plexus. The fourth is at the heart region. The fifth is at the throat. The sixth is between the center of your head. The seventh is at the top of the head. Where we as consciousness reside (focus our awareness) in the physical body (in which of the chakras) determines what we are able to create and how we create it.
A chakra discloses where a person’s energy is fixed or localized, in other words, where it is stuck. Most people have most of their energy located in the lower three chakras, which deal with information related to the physical body. The upper three chakras — the links to your higher creative bodies) deal with information relating to superconsciousness. They represent a higher level of awareness and perception. This is why you have to operate from the higher chakras.
Seven Chakras
In order to navigate the physical body and give the Genius Consciousness clear expression, you as consciousness need to occupy the physical body and reside in the physical body.
Where in the Physical Body?
There are seven points of consciousness in the body, known as the chakras, in which you as consciousness can reside.

Fifth Concrete Intuition

First Survival
Think of the physical body as an actual temple (a physical structure) that has seven floors. The “floor” that you as consciousness choose to occupy determines the creative powers/information that you can access in order to express yourself and to create what you want. For example, if you focus your energy in the first chakra, the storehouse for your survival information, everything that you experience, and thus create, will be through the lenses of survival. If you focus your energy in the second chakra, the storehouse of your feelings and emotions, everything that you experience, and thus create, will be an emotional statement. If you focus your energy in the third chakra, the storehouse of effort, everything that you experience, and thus create, will be wrought with effort, etc.
IN THE BODY
The best point from which to operate the physical body is the sixth chakra, located in the center of your head. The sixth chakra is the storehouse of your higher creative abilities, i.e., clairvoyance and abstract intuition. Clairvoyance is the ability to create pictures. Because we create with pictures, it is essential to access this point. Abstract intuition is a component of your higher intelligence. It is a type of super-logic that allows you to process information and arrive at the answer/conclusion quickly and effortlessly. The sixth chakra also is the control center of the body, the point from which you as consciousness will be the most aware and neutral — key components of the creative process.

EXERCISE
BE IN THE SIXTH CHAKRA
-
Be aware of the sixth chakra located in the center of your head
If that feels too deep, be aware of the space behind your eyes
2. Be in the sixth chakra. There are different ways to do this
Focus your consciousness/awareness in that spot
Picture a miniature version of yourself in the sixth chakra
Picture yourself as a color and fill the sixth chakra with that color

As a pilot, you want to be in the cockpit
Think of the sixth chakra as the cockpit
See yourself sitting in the sixth chakra
LOWER CHAKRAS
Going forward, you are going to operate from the sixth chakra. The next exercise is for the purpose of increasing your awareness only — so you can identity when you are operating from the lower chakras and make the adjustment — return to the sixth chakra.
Sixth Chakra: Focus your consciousness in the center of your head. What is it like? What do you see? What does it feel like? Do you have space or is it crowded?

OUT OF THE BODY
As energy, you are pure consciousness and not bound by time or space. You are conscious 24/7. You can be inside the body or outside the body. In the previous section, you experienced what it is like to operate from different points in the physical body: the sixth chakra, the third chakra, the second chakra, and the first chakra.
In this section, you are going to experience what it is like to be outside of the physical body for the purpose of awareness only. Going forward, you are going to strive to be in the physical body. And, in the physical body, you are going to operate from the sixth chakra.
There are different types of out of body experiences:
Body is Anesthetized: The body is anesthetized, but you as consciousness have the ability to see everything that is going on around you and can recall it when the body reawakens.
Near Death: The body is unconscious and in the process of dying. You as consciousness have an experience whereby you realize it’s not your time, return to the body, and recall the experience when the body reawakens.
Dreaming: The body is asleep, but as consciousness you are creating and having experiences via the astral body. Lucid dreaming is the ability to direct what is happening in your dreams and to recall the experience when the body reawakens.
Intentional Out of Body Experiences: The body is awake and as consciousness are out of the body. You have the ability to direct what you are doing and have perfect recall of the experience when the body reawakens.
Spaced Out/Disembodiment: The body is awake, but you are not completely present in the body. Your attention is elsewhere. You don’t really know where you were or what you were doing nor do you have complete recall of the experience.
The most common type of out of body experience is being spaced out. The majority of people are out of their bodies to one degree or another in order to escape their mundane realities, the pain of daily living, or of deeper psychic wounds. They spend most of their time of the body and forgo a great opportunity to evolve.
In this section, you are going to practice being outside the body in order to become aware of what it feels like. But going forward, you will strive to be in the body by focusing your awareness in the sixth chakra.

What was it like to be outside of your body with complete awareness? Is it familiar? Do you spend most of your time outside or inside the body?
From the sixth chakra, you can be aware of the energies of the other chakras, but not be the effect of them. It allows you to be neutral rather than reactionary. Being in the body is one half of the dichotomy. The other half is being out of the body with complete awareness. Both are abilities that we as consciousness can use in our creative development. In fact, we must learn to do both. You thus can begin to differentiate when you are in the body as opposed to when you are out of the body. You will eventually reach the point where you can do both from a point of awareness and purpose.
Going forward, strive to be in the physical body. And, in the physical body occupy and reside in the sixth chakra. The sixth chakra is your new home.
